Request that her accuser be administered a polygraph and that all of the defendants evidence be allowed, including the 911 call and security camera footage from Powell's apt. building.

The following information was excluded from Rev. Joy Powell's trial: she was denied a jury of her peers, she was not allowed to present any evidence, she was not allowed the right to testify that she was an activist and Pastor, Rev. Powell was not allowed to call her main witnesses which would have made the out come of the trial different. Very important exculpatory evidence was deliberately withheld.
Rev. Joy would appreciate copies of support letters also sent to her at the Bedford Hill Correctional Facility.
